Do I need prior design experience to start? +
No experience is required for the Portfolio Starter Plan. For the Portfolio Intensive, a basic understanding of Figma is recommended, as we focus on design logic and case study quality rather than basic tool tutorials.
How is the training conducted? +
All training is remote. After payment, you will receive access to materials or we will schedule a call (depending on the product). Communication and feedback are handled via Email or Telegram.
What languages are the materials available in? +
All curriculum and communication are available in both English and Russian. You can choose your preferred language at the start of the program.
What will I receive after a Portfolio Audit? +
You will receive a detailed video review of your portfolio (Behance, website, or PDF) pointing out specific errors in UX logic, typography, and visual hierarchy, along with a roadmap for improvements.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind? +
As per our policy, refunds for digital products are not available once access to the materials has been granted. For services like mentorship, a refund is possible if canceled at least 48 hours before the session.
Will you help me find a job? +
I do not guarantee employment, but I guarantee that your portfolio will meet industry standards. We will create case studies that make you stand out and attract top-tier companies.
